Our main aim is to protect the Melaleuca that can live in poor soil but against sandstorm, improves the quality of acidic surface water... We find out that the weather is drought, the income of farmers is low. The income of melaleuca leaves harvesting from the protection forest in Thach Ha District, Ha Tinh and Ninh Binh provinces turns to be main income source for the low-income small producers. We have short trainings to local farmers for balanced harvesting with a schedule and the new plan on alternative value chain such as bee or peanut that assist the melaleuca leave harvesting forest area will be initiated. The impact areas are climate, farmers' income. Most of farmers are elderly women who are primary benificiary.
